There were a coffeemaker and a safe in the room, really enjoyed that. The location of this newly decorated and fine hotel was unbeatable, to California. And it was also really close to restaurants and other services and Klamath Falls, OR.

Convenient stop for road-weary travelers
The check-in was quick, and the staff were more than helpful , which is always a good start. The room was nice and updated, cleaning was great , definitely.
Not exactly a steal , but considering the amenities it's acceptable.

The food is good with lots of options, including coffee, fresh bread, yogurt, eggs and hot waffles. The hotel is situated in the central location to Crater Lake.

Room was super clean and spacious. Loved the comfy bed and huge bathroom. Breakfast had a nice variety, with fresh fruit and good coffee. The fitness center was handy for keeping active. I appreciated the air conditioning and cable channels. Definitely felt safe with great staff around.

It really made my weekend special. The room was spacious and included great basics like a fridge and microwave, but the hotel could use some improvements in the common areas and general upkeep.

Variety of good options for meal. The rooms in good condition. Favourable and perfect position in the very nice area, near to Klamath Falls, the grounds and the rooms and restaurants and other services.

The room felt spacious. Comfortable seating in the room made relaxing easy. Really enjoyed having both a fridge and microwave. The pool area was well-kept and inviting. Breakfast offered a decent selection. On the downside, the air conditioning struggled. It wasn't cool enough despite being set low. A bit noisy at times. Tiny pillows left us wanting more support, too. It met my needs but could use a few upgrades for better comfort.
